Salary: £13,500 to £15,000 per annum
Hours: Permanent Full Time
Holidays: 20 days per annum

Our expanding Vehicle Bodyshop in NW10 seeks a Receptionist / Office Junior for our busy front office.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Welcoming customers into the bodyshop
Answering telephones in a professional & polite manner
Regular checking of faxes and distributing as appropriate
Data Imputing
Booking customer vehicles into bodyshop
Monitory Stationary and replenishing stock
Ensuring reception area is tidy at all times

You will be the first point of call for our company so smart appearance is essential. Successful candidate must have good spoken and written English with a knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Office experience is not essential as full training will be given. Would suit confident and outgoing school leaver.
