Established some 12 year ago, Acton Coachworks is the only Lotus-approved bodyshop in the M25 area and also has approval from VAG. Such is the demand for the high quality refinish work the company produces, that it operates 24 hours a day.

Bodyshop managers Bob Ivanovic and John Rezio use 3Mâ„¢ for all dry goods and polishing product needs.

"The type of cars we work on demand the very best quality of refinish products," Bob explains.

He is a particular fan of 3M's Ultrafinaâ„¢ polish for rotary swirl and hologram elimination, designed to provide an ultra high gloss finish.

"We are more than happy with the finish it achieves. You can read about a product like this, but until you see for yourself what it can do, you just don't believe it.!"

When Bob's 3M sales advisor wanted to demonstrate how Ultrafina worked, he polished a solid black Ferrari which had just left the bodyshop.

"I thought we had acheived a very good finish, but once Jeremy had finished, the paintwork looked like glass. It was superb." Jeremy worked very closely with the staff and using his technical training, was able to put together a polishing process that suited this particular site and ensured a quality finish on every job.
